 Broomfield Days Trade Fair 2008
When: Saturday, September 20, 2008 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: North Midway Park, Broomfield
Each year, this event draws an estimated 25,000 people to Midway Park. What a great marketing opportunity for your business or organization to showcase your products and services! This is one of the most popular events in Broomfield every year.
Booth space rental fees include a 10’ x 10’ space with one table, two chairs and pipe and drape back and side panels.
Trade Fair booth space is limited to 100 exhibitors.
Electricity is $65 extra. A few spaces with electricity are available in the TURQUOISE AREA ONLY (no electrical cords are provided).
Mandatory Broomfield Days Information Briefing will be held on Wednesday, August 6th, 11:30am - 1:00pm at Midway Park – Girl Scout Shelter. It is important that booth holders make arrangements to attend. Additional information regarding setup and other items of interest will be available at this meeting.
Zero Waste – This year Broomfield Days will be a 100% Zero Waste event as required by the City and County of Broomfield. All participants are required to sign an agreement to this effect. These forms are available below and must accompany your Space Application.
Sponsorships - This year we have Sponsorships available for the Beer Garden and the Hospitality Tent. Call the Chamber today to take advantage of this great marketing opportunity for your business!
Booth Assignments.
Booths will be assigned by random drawing based on your booth location preferences. Top preference not guaranteed.
Registrations for drawing must be received by Friday, May 16th, 5:00 p.m. in The Chamber office to be included in the lottery drawing for best booth location. Drawing will be held Wednesday, May 21st. Applications will be taken for the remaining booths beginning Thursday, May 22nd. Booth sales will be opened up to non-Chamber members June 2, for an additional $100.00.
